How long does shipping take?
Your package is prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days (about 9–21 calendar days). You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships — you can also track your order here.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing — shipping is always free on all US orders, no minimum required.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order is processed as final.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. We're working on expanding — stay tuned.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
Not happy with your order? You can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I start a return?
Just contact us with your order number and we'll walk you through it. There's a real person on the other end — no bots, no runaround.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products good quality?
Every product in our store has passed one simple test: would we actually use this ourselves? If the answer isn't a clear yes, we don't sell it.
