1. Find your tracking number
As soon as your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or search your inbox for "Elvo Market".
2. Track your package
Click the tracking link in your email, or paste your tracking number into the universal tracker at parcelsapp.com — it works with all our shipping partners.
Good to know
Just ordered? Your package is typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. You'll get the tracking email the moment it's handed to the carrier.
Tracking not updating? Tracking can take 2–3 days to show the first scan after shipment — that's normal. If nothing changes for more than 5 business days, reach out and we'll look into it.
Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7–15 business days (about 9–21 calendar days) after shipment. Full details in our Shipping & Returns policy.
