We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns and refunds work at Elvo Market.
30 days to change your mind
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. To be eligible, items should be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Step 1: Contact us at info@elvomarket.com with your order number and let us know which item(s) you'd like to return.
Step 2: We'll send you the return address and instructions within 1 business day. Please don't ship anything back before receiving these — unannounced returns can't always be matched to your order.
Step 3: Ship the item back. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered — then we cover everything.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation when it's done. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, let us know right away with a photo — we'll make it right at no cost to you, with a replacement or a full refund.
Order cancellation
Changed your mind right after ordering? You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the order is processed and the regular return policy applies.
