Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable adjustments at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud — in that case you'll always receive a full refund.
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. After that, the order is processed as final.
Shipping
Shipping is free on all US orders. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details, including what happens in case of delays.
Returns & refunds
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Product information
We do our best to display products accurately, but slight variations in color and specifications may occur. If a product doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll make it right.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products you ordered. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
